The Wyoming Department of Agriculture (WDA) is proposing changes to its Chapter 58 commodity certification regulations. The proposed changes reduce or eliminate certain fees charged by the Department for bean sampling and inspection services, add an inspection category, and add a line item fee that will show the amount to be collected specifically for the United States Department of Agriculture Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) under WDA’s Commodity Cooperative Service Agreement with FGIS.
