Specialty Crop Program
The Request for Applications (RFP) is now closed.
The next RFP will open January, 2027.
The goal of this grant is to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops in Wyoming by increasing the production and consumption of fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, horticulture, and floriculture.
Projects considered in the 2027 RFP must have a start date no earlier than January 1, 2028 and end date no later than September 1, 2030. Please familiarize yourself with the application packet and process below:

2027 Application Process
- Complete Application and Appendices A, B, and C (above). These four documents constitute a complete application packet. Incomplete application packets will not be accepted.
- Email your complete application packet in pdf form to Michelle MacDonald at michelle.macdonald@wyo.gov. Receipt of application will be confirmed by email receipt notification.
