Testing Locations

PESTICIDE APPLICATOR AND REGISTERED SERVICE TECHNICIAN EXAMINATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT THE DESIRED TESTING SITE DIRECTLY AT THE NUMBER BELOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR EXAM.

General Testing Information:

• All exams are computer based. If you require the test in an alternate format you must inform the testing location when scheduling the examination.
• You will need to bring a government issued photo ID to the testing site at the time of testing.

Materials Needed for Testing:

• You need a basic understanding of how to use a computer.
• You will need to bring a pen, scratch paper, and a calculator with you to the exam.
